All the exterior walls of this large two story house were so rotten and such a health hazard due to the extensive amount of decay and mold, that the house was in danger of collapsing. The extensive deterioration included the exterior stucco, the framed stud walls, the insulation, the drywall and paint, and the flooring. Before any restoration was possible, we brought in support jacks to hold up the second floor so the house would not collapse on our workmen as we restored the house.
All exterior walls were reframed and insulated, new windows installed and new stucco exterior applied. New interior drywall, trim, paint and carpeting completed this project.
We have started taking down the rotten stucco and walls in these pictures.
These pictures show the support jacks supporting the second floor and that we have started tearing off the exterior walls of the house. You can still see the rotten frame.
