Our client reached out to us saying that they were in dire need of having a new front porch for their house. This project will involve removing the existing porch, increasing the size using composition lumber, redesigning the porch roof, and adding new gutters and a rain barrel collection system.
Here’s a look at the porch before construction begins:
A Private Suite for Mom
When our client’s mother decided to move from the East Coast to Texas to be closer to family, the family knew that the perfect arrangement would be the addition of a suite for her in her son’s home. The oversized garage was the perfect space to create a private bedroom and bath, a living room and kitchen with large glass patio doors overlooking a patio and enclosed garden. Construction will begin shortly.

Construction is scheduled for this summer for a new home in Dripping Springs. This stylish modern two story house will feature two bedrooms, a study, and a gourmet kitchen. This home will feature a unique Parapet roof. Stay tuned for photos as the project progresses.
To help our client’s visualize their custom home, we developed renderings of the front elevation.
Here’s a look at the fabulous quartz that will soon be the focal point of the kitchen.
Casita for Dad
After his father had a stroke, our client needed to keep a watchful eye on his dad while allowing him as much independence as possible. What better solution than to build a one bedroom, one bathroom casita in the rear yard?
Over time the cultured marble walls in this shower had separated from the walls creating a safety issue. So, off with the culture marble slab walls and in with new subway tile and a great oversized niche.
