Our client loved their spacious game room but they wanted to raise the ceiling height and add new drywall and paint, remove the brick columns that were a visual barrier in the room, upgrade the electrical, and install new French doors and windows. We were able to save and reuse the bricks we removed from the columns to fill in the side walls with brick once we raised the ceiling height of the room. They selected Rattlesnake limestone as an upgrade for the exterior wall. This remodel was completed with installing spray foam insulation in the full house attic and adding a new composition shingle roof.
