Downtown Condo
This newly married couple decided to make their first home a downtown condo with a fabulous view of downtown. But first they wanted to update this 1980 condo with an open concept floor plan and update the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. No detail was too small to transform this dated condo into a beautiful modern home…reframing, new doors, new paint, new cabinets, new hardware, new lighting, new appliances, removal of popcorn ceiling, and new wood and tile flooring. The homeowners selected a matte black theme for the hardware and fixtures throughout the condo to compliment the white Shaker cabinets and added special features such as the soapstone kitchen countertop, Shaker interior doors, a bidet, special remote controlled ceiling and wall sconce lighting, and a cat door with access to the garage.
