Our client knew that he wanted a very modern style house that above all else had a parapet roof. He knew it was going to be a tight squeeze to fit a house and septic on his small Dripping Springs rural lot. But we did it. We were able to fulfill his vision and create, while only 1,555 square feet, a very visually interesting two-story house with tri-color vertical and horizontal siding, both TPO and standing seam roofs, a glass and stained wood front entry door, a cedar back porch, and exterior security cameras.
The interior white walls are accented with grey wood trim throughout. The flooring is water proof vinyl planks. The kitchen features a large quartz island with a deep stainless steel undermount sink and stainless steel electric appliances. The white quartz kitchen back countertop complements the gray quartz island. To top off this fashionable open concept kitchen, a crystal chandelier hangs over the sit-down island. A laundry room and powder room complete the first floor.
The stained wood and wrought iron stair railings leads to the upstairs featuring a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a guest bedroom with large closet, an office, and two bathrooms. Both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom feature tile surrounds, undermount sinks, quartz countertops, wall sconces, and upscale shower and tub faucets. Throughout the home are ceiling fans and crystal light fixtures. The energy package consists of spray foam insulation and a 15 SEER HVAC and the house is wired for low voltage internet access.
