Balcony Remodel

Our client wanted to reduce noise by enclosing an upstairs balcony exercise area. To create this new room we removed part of the banister railing and constructed a wall in its place and added a new pocket door. Now that the installation of the baseboard and pocket door trim completes the job, the homeowner will be painting.
