Construction is scheduled for this summer for a new home in Dripping Springs. This stylish modern two story house will feature two bedrooms, a study, and a gourmet kitchen. This home will feature a unique Parapet roof. Stay tuned for photos as the project progresses.
To help our client’s visualize their custom home, we developed renderings of the front elevation.
Here’s a look at the fabulous quartz that will soon be the focal point of the kitchen.
After a leak in the bathroom damaged our client’s kitchen ceiling, they took this opportunity to not only have the kitchen ceiling repaired, but remodel the bathroom. We will replace the tub with a shower, add a new vanity and accessories, new flooring, and add a linen closet in the new design.
Karate Studio Shelving
Our client’s grand opening of a new Karate Studio in Austin is nearing and they needed some help finishing the space. Two large custom shelving/cubby hole units were needed to accommodate the student’s gear. We built the units off site and completed the preliminary installation on schedule in time for the flooring to be laid. Once the flooring is in, we will return to complete the installation.

The beam that supports our client’s second floor balcony is long overdue for replacement. Having checked for any termite infestation, inspected for any related roof damage, and inspected for structural and cosmetic damage, we will be removing the damaged beam and replacing it with new dimensional lumber, sealing all the masonry holes and crack, and finishing the porch ceiling under the replaced beam.
